Why I started this blog.

My daughter was charged $171.00 in fees for a returned January 2007 rent check. The check was returned due to an error made by the bank. Underill Management would make no concessions as to the amount of the fees and threatened to start eviction proceedings if the fees were not paid. Underill had every legal right to do this according to their 7-page, single-spaced on legal-size paper, lease. They also could have waived the fees since my daughter was not at fault.

My daughter paid the fees under protest.

Now I am soliciting input from the community on other experiences with Underill Management. I will only allow civil posts. Be professional. No anonymous posts will be allowed.

I too had problems with Underill. Hopefully, you'll post more here soon so we can keep up to date on what is happening. I don't know why Underill is allowed to keep doing what they are doing.

It's all in there lease, this "Buz" Underill is a real sneaky fellow. I can not wait to post my horror story when I am all done with them. Please steer clear of Underill there are many better companies out there that are way better and not a bunch of criminals.
