My daughter sent a letter to another Underill customer informing him of the treatment she has received from Underill.
She then received a letter from Underill's lawyer threatening a lawsuit for "intentional interference with the referenced business relationship."
Well, my daughter has the right under the first amendment to inform anyone she wants to about what Underill has done to her and I have the right under the same first amendment to post them right here on this blog.
The lawyer letter says Underill has done nothing wrong. Legally, this is true. My daughter is just saying it is unreasonable and unfair in her opinion.

Wow. This is exactly the kind of ruthless behavior that will keep me from giving my property management business needs to Underill Management. Thanks for informing us of the unethical treatment. Sure it is 'legal' for them to do this, however anyone with a sense of business ethics would clearly see that such fees are unwarranted in this case, regardless of the 'legalese' they think guides their right to callously collect this fee. Hopefully the operator of this company can learn from this mistake and avoid future loss of new business.
Yep, I am finally ending 2 years of hell with Underill myself and I strongly reccomend that nobody ever rents from these people. I will further speak of my terrible experience once I am moved out and done with these people for good so that they don't threaten to sue me!
